Bought a 2013 Passat diesel from another dealer that was repurchased from VW because of the emission scandal. Engine light examination revealed that the NOX sensor was faulty. It was still under warranty which caused no problem . They did a complete Multi point inspection on the whole vehicle even though It was not purchased from them. They put in the new NOX sensor, checked the tires and fixed a leak, did the inspection , washed the car and provided shuttle service to my home. All at no cost. I'd call this excellent service, enough to tease the dealer I bought it from to match it!
